David Otter to play for Kiruna IF in Sweden

Syracuse Stars NCDC goalie David Otter has signed with Kiruna IF of Hockeyettan, the third highest level of professional hockey in Sweden. His brother William also signed with Kiruna for the 2019-20 season. Otter appeared in 27 NCDC games finishing with a 3.35 GAA and .907 SV%.

After the Stars playoffs series loss, Otter signed with the Watertown Wolves of the FHL where he went 5-1-0 with a 4.05 GAA and .904 SV% in 6 games. In his first professional start he recorded 53 saves in a shootout win over Danville.
