The Watertown Wolves continue to add to their already impressive roster in preparation for next season. The Wolves would like to announce the season’s first free agent signing in Eric Masters, who will be joining the team next season.

Masters will be entering his 3rd season in the FPHL where he has played in 84 games scoring 12 goals and getting 25 assists for 37 points. The Wolves saw quite a bit of Masters last year as he was playing for the Delaware Thunder, and he was also part of the Danville Dashers team in the past, and will now be reunited with some past teammates.

“I`m excited to join a roster that already looks like it’s already ready to compete for, and win a championship. I am really excited to get the opportunity to play with Ryan Marker and Fred Hein again, as I did when I played for Danville,” said Eric.
Masters brings more depth and grittiness to the Wolves lineup, as he is another player that tends to play a very physical style of hockey. “The game never changes, its just a new barn now and I`m ready to go. It’s the year of Watertown this season.”

Head coach Brent Clarke: “Eric will bring high energy to the team - he is a very hard worker and he is a great fit to our roster, and will slot nicely in to what we are trying to build.” Clarke has stated that Masters will be a great asset to help cycling the puck, which will allow us to keep the puck in the zone and create more opportunities.
