Wolves Sign Player-Assistant Coach

Watertown, NY – The Watertown Wolves, proud members of the Federal Hockey League (FHL) announce today that they have come to terms with veteran defensemen Brian Marks for the 2016-17 season.

Marks, 6'0, 205 lbs., Brownville, New York native played 55 games last season with the Dayton Demolition. He scored seven goals and had twenty-two assists. Going into his seventh FHL season, Marks has compiled 52 goals, 129 assists and 356 penalty-minutes. Prior to going pro, Marks suited up for the Brockville Braves of the CJHL and UMass-Boston.

“Brian will bring a lot of experience and leadership to our defense. He is a quality person and will be a leader in the locker room” said Watertown Head Coach Phil Esposito. “As the season is approaching, our organization continues to be committed in recruiting character players that are quality people both on and off the ice.”

The Watertown Wolves open up at home on Friday, October 28th when they take on the Danville Dashers at 7:30 PM.
