menuWolves Start New Year off with Two Home Games
The Watertown Wolves will host the St. Clair Shores Fighting Saints for a two game series this weekend. Game one is scheduled for Friday, January 6th at 7:30pm and the second game is on Sunday, January 8th with an earlier start time of 5:00pm. Both games will be played at the Watertown Municipal Ice Arena at the Watertown Fairgrounds.
The Wolves enter the game in 6th place with a record of 8 wins, 13 losses, 1 overtime win, and 1 overtime loss giving them 27 points on the season. The Saints are currently in 7th place with a record of 7 wins, 11 loses, 2 overtime wins, and 1 overtime loss giving them 26 points on the season.
In the teams’ previous two matchups, the Saints won both games against the Wolves by scores of 3-0 and 4-2. Since those two games back in early December, the Wolves have made numerous transaction and will look to even up the season series.
