Wolves Trade for One of the Top Scorers in the League

The Watertown Wolves are pleased to announce the signing of veteran Forward Jason Dolgy. The Wolves acquired Dolgy in a trade with the Cornwall Nationals that sent Wolves Defenseman Stanislav Vlasov and Forward Lou Dickenson to the Nationals for Dolgy.

Jason Dolgy, a graduate of SUNY Brockport, is currently 3rd in the league in points with 38. In 22 games this season with the Nationals he has accumulated 9 goals and 29 assists. The trade now gives the Wolves two former Golden Eagles from SUNY Brockport on the team with Dolgy and Jesse Facchini.

When asked about the trade Coach Phil Esposito said, “The chance to bring Dolgy to the team was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. I am always looking to improve the team and by bringing him in, I believe he gives us a better chance at winning games.” Jason Dolgy will be in the lineup for this weekend’s games against the Danbury Titans and Berlin River Drivers
